When you sign in with Apple, we receive:

  • Your email address (if you choose to share it, can be hidden via Apple's relay service)

Game Data

We store your game progress, including:

  • In-game choices and dialogue history
  • Earned lessons and achievements
  • Play time statistics

Analytics

We collect anonymous usage data to improve the game:

  • App crashes and errors
  • General usage patterns (which features are used)
  • Device type and iOS version

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain your game progress
  • To improve the game experience
  • To provide customer support
  • To detect and prevent technical issues

Data Storage

Your game progress is stored locally on your device and synced to our secure servers (powered by Supabase) so you can continue your journey across devices.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Apple Sign In - For authentication
  • Supabase - For data storage and backend services
  • Google AI (Gemini) - For generating NPC dialogue responses

Your dialogue inputs are processed by AI to generate responses. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Living Tales is rated 12+ and is not intended for children under 12. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 12.
