Frequently Asked Questions

How do I save my progress?

Your progress is saved automatically after each interaction. When you return to the game, you'll continue right where you left off.

Can I restart a story?

Yes! Go to the book detail screen and tap "New Journey" to start fresh. Your previous progress will be replaced.

Why did an NPC attack me?

NPCs react to your words and intentions. If you threaten, insult, or repeatedly annoy an NPC, their patience (shown by the aura color) will decrease. When it reaches critical, they may take drastic action. Try a different approach next time!

What languages are supported?

Currently, Living Tales supports English and Turkish. You choose your language when starting a new journey, and all dialogue will be generated in that language.

How do I use voice input?

Tap the microphone icon in the input bar to speak your response. Make sure you've granted microphone permissions in your device settings.

Is my data synced across devices?

Yes, if you sign in with the same Apple ID, your progress will sync across all your devices.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.

The app is not loading / stuck on loading screen

Please check your internet connection. Living Tales requires an internet connection to generate dialogue. If the problem persists, try force-closing and reopening the app.
